Our communication skills are part of what defines us as human. Are there inherent similarities between different languages that can be isolated and visually exhibited somehow?

Project Components

This project will initally take three forms:

Long-term goal: an online interactive resource for linguists and those curious about world languages.


Volunteers:

  • have their voice recorded speaking words or phrases in a foreign language.
  • possibly write those words or phrases
